Michael Victory f54410cee3 Remove above/below-the-line article from SW — framework content belongs on OC

The drama-triangle / above-below-the-line material is human-change content =
Open Communications' domain, not ShopWisdom's. Delete the SW article, drop it
from the sitemap, and rewrite the homepage handoff to bridge straight to OC
(which already teaches the line + drama triangle). OC stays a tight one-pager.
