mike 20fc98b652 Language: restore "we" voice; list Inga as an Associate (per her review)

Inga reviewed and prefers the "we" voice and to be listed as an Associate (as other
firms do, e.g. roundtableconsulting.ca). Roll back the sole-prop "I" pass to "we",
and reframe her from "independent coach we work with" to "Associate … collaborates
with us" — affiliated but still independent (not partner, not employee).
