mike 88024fd1ee New OC slogan cascade: "The better the tools get, the more human judgment
is worth. Fear is what keeps it locked up."

Replaces "New systems don't fail on the tech. They fail on the people."
(Mike: slogan must prove understanding of worthiness, obsolescence fear,
modern leadership; derived from the Mollick judgment-appreciation thesis
via the resistance-personas work, own expression.)

- H1, meta description, JSON-LD slogan, og:image:alt
- OG card headline re-set (3 lines @62px) + PNG re-rendered
- Statement band closes on the door out: "nobody who's teaching is obsolete"
- Bonus: fixed two leftover "in a/your shop" -> "business" (canon) in meta +
  JSON-LD + llms.txt

# Open Communications
> Open Communications is the human side of change for manufacturers. The systems are the easy part — we help the people in a business trust the change, share what they know, and lead through it so the work actually sticks. Open Communications is the people side of ShopWisdom.
## What we do — the work happens in three places
- Coaching the people who carry the knowledge: one-to-one coaching that helps retiring veterans see the value in passing on what's in their heads, and actually want to.
- Aligning the team that has to get on board: facilitated sessions that surface concerns before a rollout, not after — so people have real input and the change is adopted instead of resisted.
- Redesigning the process that could work better: structured working sessions with the people closest to the work, mapping how it really runs and building a better version the team helped shape.
## Who it's for
Manufacturers navigating a change, a succession, or a system rollout where the real obstacle is people, trust, and adoption — not the technology.
