SOURCE-ingamichaelsen.md (content capture + build TODOs) was being served
publicly — gitignore + untrack it (stays local). Add robots.txt Disallow for
the staging site; remove when the real domain goes live.

Replaces the awareness/Otto intro with Inga's personal narrative (rapid change,
mindset over strategy, "I work on the part where you and your team believe in
what's changing"). Tightened throughout; rewrote the closing paragraph. Kept
the three guiding principles + the human "outside of work" note.
JUDGMENT CALLS (flag for Mike/Inga): softened the AI-specific line to "what's
changing" to fit the team-coaching site; set experience to "fifteen-plus years"
to match the rest of the site (draft said "twelve plus").

The services/pricing page has a second tier beyond the four starting points:
Team Coaching, Team Facilitation, Effectiveness & Skills, Multi-Stakeholder
Support, Offsites & Retreats, 1:1 Leadership Coaching. Added to the page and
the content source. No public prices except the Low Bono range.
