Subject: [PATCH] Wire 'Book a call' CTAs to Cal.com booking popup (SW event)

Nav (x2) + hero buttons now open the michaelvictory/20-min-shop-wise-meeting event
in an on-brand modal; href is the no-JS fallback. Adds the Cal embed loader.
Staging branch only.
