Update footer watermark to the refreshed o·P·e·n mark

Browse Source 
The large footer background mark still used the old letterforms; swap in the
updated mark paths (same as the new logo + favicon) so the watermark matches.
Aspect ratio unchanged, so footer height is unaffected.
