Sitemap: bump lastmod to 2026-08-29 after the CDN outage

Google's index holds the April build (Hostinger CDN served it 08-19 to 08-29).
Refreshing lastmod signals that the content at these URLs differs from what
Googlebot last fetched, prompting a re-crawl.
