Subject: [PATCH] Wire 'Book a conversation' CTAs to Cal.com booking popup (OC
 event)

Nav (x2) + hero buttons now open the michaelvictory/20min-opencommunications-meeting
event in an on-brand Cal.com modal overlay; href points at the booking page as a
no-JS fallback. Adds the Cal embed loader.
