SOURCE-ingamichaelsen.md (content capture + build TODOs) was being served
publicly — gitignore + untrack it (stays local). Add robots.txt Disallow for
the staging site; remove when the real domain goes live.

Rebuild of ingamichaelsen.com in her brand (charcoal + dusty-blue, IM wordmark/
monogram). All content rebuilt as a single page; contact/scheduling intentionally
EXCLUDED (placeholder only) per Mike — to be wired on handoff to Inga.
