- Slow the count-up 1.6s -> 2.4s so the climb is calm, not frantic.
- Nav frosted glass more transparent on scroll (.72 -> .55 bg alpha).

- Typography: switch to a serif system — Playfair Display titles + Lora body
(matches the OC family), DM Sans kept only for micro-labels/nav/buttons. Rebuilt
the type scale so titles read clearly above body (the sans grotesque + tight
hierarchy read amateurish).
- Nav: frosted-glass like OC — transparent at top, blurs in on scroll.
- Proof numbers count up from 0 when scrolled into view (reduced-motion safe).
- Content cards (service/principle/quote) lift subtly on hover.
- Fix low-contrast body text in the dark "In practice" band: the practice
paragraphs were charcoal on ink (~1.3:1) — now light paper (~11:1).

The left->right paper fade hid the left side of the wave band and made it look
right-justified under the left-aligned headline. The wave band naturally spans
full width in the lower half, so go full-bleed with only a gentle top/bottom
paper fade: headline clean up top, waves flowing balanced across the bottom.

- Hero: drop the dusty-blue orb; add the thin-line wave loop Mike liked, paper-
blended on the left so the headline stays clean (50% opacity, save-data/reduced
-motion gated, fades in on play).
- Motion: subtle reveal-on-scroll for below-fold sections (gated on has-motion,
reduced-motion off, hero never animates — LCP/CLS safe), same idea as OC.
- "What changes when we work together": replace the arrow bullets (read like a
flow chart) with a clean single-column check-list with divider lines.
- Nav: capitalize "The Moment" and "Where to Start".
