Inga hero: lift the wave band ~12% so it clears the credentials line

object-position had no play (wide hero = minimal cover-crop overflow). translateY
the loop up 12% instead: the band sits behind the headline/lead and the
credentials get clean breathing room beneath, paper revealed at the bottom.
